Components, Nomenclature & Options
Pneumatic Fill Line (Standard)
Eliminate abrasion issues with a 304 Stainless Steel fill line, consisting of:
- 180° radius section
- 3/4" water injection port
- Kamlock adapter with screened & vented cap
Water Spray Ring (Standard)
Increase Brinemaker efficiency by introducing water through
- 1 1/2" polyethylene spray ring mounted around interior tank circumference
Brine Collection System (Standard)
6 lateral slotted PVC filter arms make up our brine collection systems center plenum:
- Brine flows to the external sidewall attachment flange
- Enhances the Brinemakers efficiency by backflushing to dissolve solidification
Venting/Dust Control (Standard)
Eliminate tank pressurizing during the filling phase by:
- 8" U-Vent & 24" hinged manway with a weighted cover
- Rubber boot attached to PVC downpipe & polyester bag
- 3/4" water injection port on pneumatic fill assembly
Pneumatic Fill Line Post (Standard)
- Concrete galvanized post with 2 fill line clamps
- Concrete galvanized post with base pad & 2 fill line clamps
Access Ladder Assembly (Standard)
When your tank requires top access:
- OSHA approved ladder assembly
